Cheese Dawg is the result of the cross between the original Chemdawg 91 and Big Buddha Cheese (inverted).
Chemdawg originated in the USA from some marijuana seeds found at some Grateful Dead concerts in 1991. Since then Chemdawg has been a high quality strain contrasted with a unique and overwhelming taste of very pleasant Chemmy. Chemdawg has been used successfully as the backbone for the breeding of most of the American varieties that we see today.
